Terms of Service

1. General provisions

These terms of service set out the rules for using the Stancje Olsztyn service, operated by Uzupelnij nazwe operatora (firma albo imie i nazwisko), Uzupelnij adres siedziby / adres korespondencyjny, contact: uzupelnij@twoja-domena.pl (the "Administrator"). The service allows publishing and browsing listings for renting rooms and apartments in Olsztyn.

2. Definitions

• Service - the Stancje Olsztyn website.
• User - a person using the Service, including one with a registered account.
• Listing - an offer to rent a room or apartment published by a User.

3. Conditions of use

The Service may be used by an adult with full legal capacity. Registration requires providing truthful information and an active email address.

4. Rules for publishing listings

• A listing must relate to a genuinely available offer to rent a room or apartment located in Olsztyn.
• The content and photos of a listing must be truthful and must not infringe the rights of third parties, including copyright in photos.
• Publishing content that is unlawful, discriminatory, misleading, or unrelated to the subject matter of the Service is prohibited.
• A listing is published for the validity period chosen by the User (7, 14, or 30 days) and expires automatically afterwards; the User may refresh it.

5. Liability

The Service functions solely as a listing platform and is not a party to any rental agreements concluded between Users. The Administrator does not verify or guarantee the accuracy or currency of listing content. Users use the Service and enter into agreements at their own risk.

6. Administrator's powers

The Administrator may hide, archive, or permanently delete a listing that violates these terms or applicable law, and may suspend a User's account in the event of a serious violation of the Service's rules.

7. Complaints

Complaints regarding the operation of the Service can be submitted to uzupelnij@twoja-domena.pl. The Administrator handles complaints within 14 days.

8. Final provisions

Matters not regulated by these terms are governed by Polish law. The Administrator reserves the right to amend these terms; changes take effect upon publication of the new version on the Service.
